how to respond to a students response 2 23

After completing Exercise 12.1 Empowerment Profile, I had more (A) responses than I did (B) responses. What I learned about myself was that my behavior and attitude toward work colleagues are outstanding. I think this speaks volume as the person you are. I have always heard that I was an active person that is willing to help others. Being reliable and offering great positivity is a great person to be around. Nothing gets done in any organization until someone makes it happen. Making things right is what it’s all about. Philippians 2:4 says, “Everyone should look out not only for his interests but also for the interests of others.” I believe my best trait is not that I can teach my self-things, but being able to help the people around me grow and prosper as well. I have learned over the years that I am a person that likes to see others succeed so they can grow with me. I have always believed that if you want to know something, you must start by asking questions. I use to be that shy, timid person that sits quietly in the back. I knew if I wanted to lead, I would have to move to the front and be more vibrant. This has helped me gather a countless amount of information and knowledge from different people I have encountered. Deuteronomy 31:6 says, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.'”
